Can Friendship Survive the Test of Time?

I had no idea if friendship could survive the test of time until I was recently faced with a decision.  I had to either trust that a friendship would be able to seamlessly pass through 20 years of life changes, and still remain strong, or give up on the chance to find out.  I decided to take the leap.
